United Auctions is Scotland's leading livestock auctioneers and procurement specialists. We operate a network of auction marts throughout Scotland including Stirling, Huntly, Lairg, Dalmally, Tiree, Islay, South Uist and Oban.
We conduct auctions of both commercial and pedigree livestock, including the world-famous Stirling Bull Sales and provide farm-to-farm and farm-to-abattoir procurement services.
In October 2020, £200,000 was paid in Dalmally for a Blackface ram lamb.
In July 2009 UA's Stirling Agricultural Centre became the single centre of operations for the company's amalgamated Perth and Stirling businesses.
The business is guided by four main operating principles:
We conduct auctions of both commercial and pedigree cattle and sheep and provide farm-to-farm and farm-to-abattoir procurement services.
Our services are delivered by a strong team of talented and experienced people. We pride ourselves on the quality of our workforce and are committed to their development and wellbeing.
United Auctions recognises its responsibility for the environment and will ensure compliance with all relevant current and future legislation.
We are committed to minimising the environmental impact of our operations.
In particular, we will achieve this through our commitment to:
Where practicable, the Company will provide information and assistance to customers on environmental issues arising from its operations. Improvement will be continuous and the Company will report internally on its progress against its objectives.
